After 21 years in the banking industry, Dawn left her management position at Everett Mutual Bank (public entity Evertrust acquired by Key Bank) to form IRE Capital, Inc. At Everett Mutual, along with managing deposit branches throughout their system, Dawn specialized in providing permanent and construction debt for income-producing properties and establishing builder relationships for single-family development and spec portfolio loans. To this day, Dawn has maintained a loyal client base from her days at Everett Mutual.

Dan Jones joined the IRE Capital team 13 years ago. Dan brings his experience in retail and direct sales management as well as marketing and customer service operations. His background in customer service and management provides the company with the ability to reach out to clients and guarantee that they are satisfied with our services.
With over 40 years’ experience in the mortgage and banking industries, Dawn Jones and the staff at IRE Capital, Inc. specialize in assisting clients and real estate agents with all phases of the lending process.
